By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Services Provided

Currently, the Site provides access to our artwork and tattoo portfolio, as well as booking requests. Additional features — such as an online shop, mailing list subscriptions, and blog comments — may be introduced in the future. These Terms already cover such features and will automatically apply once they become available.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to request tattoo bookings or purchase products. By using this Site, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Intellectual Property

All artwork, tattoo designs, images, graphics, text, logos, and other content are the property of Reiin / Daria Potresova, unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written permission.

4. Bookings & Appointments

• Booking requests made through the Site are subject to confirmation.

• We reserve the right to require a deposit to secure appointments. Deposits may be non-refundable in case of cancellations or no-shows.

• Clients must disclose any medical conditions that could affect tattooing. We reserve the right to decline bookings at our discretion.

5. Online Shop (Coming Soon)

Note: The Online Shop is not yet available. The following terms will apply once it is launched.

Prices & Payment

• Prices are displayed in Euros. Taxes (VAT or other applicable taxes) will be shown where required by law.

• We accept [Payment Methods]. Payment must be made in full before an order is processed.

Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery times and costs are stated at checkout.

• We are not responsible for customs fees or delays outside the EU.

Returns & Refunds

• Customers within the EU have the right to cancel online purchases within 14 days of receipt (exceptions apply, e.g., custom artwork, digital downloads).

6. User-Generated Content (Comments, Reviews, Submissions)

When posting comments, reviews, or other content, you agree not to submit anything unlawful, defamatory, offensive, or infringing. We reserve the right to remove such content without notice.

By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use it on the Site.

7. Limitation of Liability

We do our best to ensure the Site and services are safe and accurate. However, we are not liable for:

• Interruptions or errors in the Site.

• Losses from third-party use (e.g., payment processors, shipping delays).

• Any indirect or consequential damages.

We remain liable for intent and gross negligence as well as for breach of essential contractual obligations (“cardinal duties”). In cases of slight negligence, our liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for this type of contract.
